The jumper is found at the lower right edge of the motherboard, near the SATA connectors. I bought 3 of these MB to repair one computer. It just did nothing. Have something to contribute to this discussion? I have 5 other desktops that work just fine with this external hard drive using the same cables. Thank you for all your help.

Of the cables in a USB cable two are used for powering the ecs rc410 m devices. Just another thought – have you tried another Mm cable?
That leads me to believe the problem is in the motherboard. Page ecs rc410 m of 1 Start ecx Page 1 of ecs rc410 m. Isuggest going out and buying one of these and see if problem persist.
It wasn’t bad enough that Skype nagged me with “your current version will soon stop working” every time I brought up the GUI. Thanks for your time! Any Help would be appreciated.
